Bread and Pastry Production is the course under Home Economics of the TVL track. This course includes activities to develop desirable values, skills and understanding with some helpful techniques and guidelines on how to make, prepare and present bakery products, pastries, cakes and desserts. Also in this Bread and Pastry Production you'll overcome and fulfill your knowledge and skills not only in baking but also in cooking.
It's still up to you, whether you choose this track or what strand that you want to choose. Successful completion of this course ensures that you have acquired the essential skills to be on your way to becoming a certified bread and pastry producer.
